Viernes 8 Julio

Hola

Usual waking up, around 9.30, then breakfast, shower, got dressed. While Valdir was waiting for the guy of TELMEX company (phone and internet), Stef , Morgane and I, we went by foot to the village of San Felipe to go to the market. San Felipe is not very far, but at Morgane’s speed it can take a while, but it was a nice walk. Surprise !! when we arrived in the village center, there is only 5 stalls for the market ! 1 “butcher” (with a lot of flies on it), 1 “bakery”, 1 fruits and veg....so we took only vegetables and some fruits.

In the town center there is a library, it was opened so Stef went to get some information. And on the way home we walk near a fruit shop, they look really nice so Stef bought more supplies. And finally we headed back home. Valdir told us that the guy did not come, so internet it’s gonna be for tomorrow.

For lunch time, we ate a lot of different stuff : Cecina, veg and fruits. Once more i tasted new food : MANGO and TUNA (cactus flower) and I liked BOTH of them !!!!

In the afternoon we decided to go to TULE, a town on the road to Mitla, with a giant old tree, more than 2000 years old. It was nice, and the tree was full of birds which were singing like crazy. I felt really peaceful there and also serenity. Next to it there was another tree, the same kind but “only” 1000 years old !

It started raining like crazy !! So we all run to the car, and headed back home...at least I thought so... Stef and Valdir were looking for something to hide the view from the street into the house so we went in plenty of different places but we did not find anything. Finally we really headed home because Morgane needed to go to the toilets.

Back home I went a bit on the internet at the hotel, mainly to fill the school form, hopefully this time it’s gonna work ! Then I talked with Angel, and we decided to do something on the following day because he finished at 11am. Back home, diner and then the historical documentary in Spanish, mainly about the arrival of Cortes. The sound was nice and made me sleepy, I fall asleep while watching it.

Hasta luego
Caro
